Drink Champagne, For No Reason At All...

In a world where we have become accustomed to celebrate our all achievements, we have come to associate champagne with success; with money; with power; with sex.  Believe me, I have no problem with that!  Yet I would like more people to associate it with what I do.  Friendship; Love; Happiness.

I say, drink champagne, for no reason at all…or better yet, drink champagne for the sake of drinking champagne.  The mere opening of a bottle, letting the magic out is reason enough to celebrate.  People often ask me what is the best champagne, and invariably my answer is “The one you like best”.

I could go on for a good while on which are my favorites, but I will keep the list short.

Pierre Moncuit, for that special lady (Or Guy if you're a Chic)

Pierre Moncuit (Mesnil-sur-Oger), this one is to be enjoyed in the company of a special lady friend (Or guy if you´re a chic reading this).  Perrier Jouet (Aÿ) and Veuve Clicquot (Reims) to be consumed with whomever you may choose.  And if you are in the market to impress someone, Pol Roger Cuvée Winston Churchill (Epernay).  You can let your impressee know the fact that Winston Churchill drank more or less 20,000 bottles of champagne in his lifetime, most of which were Pol Roger.
